The moment a quote is accepted, it becomes an invoice — same document, same numbers, no retyping. Send payment requests and paid-in-full receipts in your own words, and keep the paper trail in one place. Partial payments are tracked until the balance hits zero.
Card payments through your Stripe
Connect your own Stripe account and customers can pay by card right from the quote link. The money goes to your Stripe — QuoteMaven never holds your funds. An optional card fee (you set the rate, you can waive it per quote) covers processing when you want it to.

Build A/B/C scenarios into one quote — wood vs. vinyl, repair vs. replace — each priced on the same document. The customer picks their scope instead of asking you to redo the quote three times.
Your branding, your words
Logo, company info, and license number on every document. Multi-contract fine print with per-quote selection. And the Labels system renames anything — "Quotes" to "Estimates," "Invoices" to "Bills" — consistently across the app and the customer's document.
